Quad Industries’ High Manufacturing Standards

  • ISO Certification: We have been ISO certified since 1998. This certification means that we consistently provide customers with an elite product quality level across a variety of orders and quantity needs. We not only meet, but exceed certification levels year after year, meaning you can count on our team to provide you with products that will work well and last.
  • Customization: We know that no order is the same, so while we are not a design facility, we can certainly help clients with bearing designs. If you are in need of a replication of an old bearing, we are happy to reverse engineer your part and produce as many copies as needed.
  • No Quantity Requirements: No order is too big or small for us to complete. We do offer quantity breaks to larger orders. Each order, no matter the size, is packaged with care, and we tray pack or single pack our babbitts per customer request.
  • Attention to Detail: We consider being a small business to be our superpower, allowing us to provide quality products that are made to your exact specifications, with care and attention on details that other companies may overlook.

Quad Industries Babbitt Offerings

Our team is ready to help with any order you may have. Need thin wall bearings, aluminum bearings, or a combination of multiple types of bearings? Our team is ready to help! If you have questions, our in-house engineer is more than happy to assist you.

  • Thin Wall Bearings: Also known as plain bearings or sleeve bearings, thin wall bearings are useful in a variety of applications, from automobiles to aeronautics to even go-carts! These parts can be layered and combined into a load carrying system.
  • Heavy Wall Bearings: Heavy wall bearings are similar in structure and application to thin wall bearings, but with walls greater than .175 inch thick. We can create heavy wall bearings with walls ranging from .175 to 1 inch or greater. These bearings are used for heavy duty pumps and turbines as they can produce and sustain more force than thin wall bearings.
  • Aluminum Bearings: We produce high-quality bearings with aluminum castings made from the highest-quality raw materials. These unique bearings do not require a lining, as the tin is already blended into the aluminum alloy. If you are in need of bearings with excellent corrosion resistance and fatigue strength, then aluminum bearings are likely the right choice for you.
  • Centrifugal Cast Bearings: Centrifugal cast bearings made with Babbitt metal are manufactured using centrifugal force and a chemical reaction that bonds S.A.E. 15 or S.A.E. 12 to a steel or bronze base housing in the form of a turned tube.

At Quad Industries, you will never have to worry about shabby workmanship or bad customer service. We care deeply about our clients and hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to our products.
